Unsuccessful Deliveries

Kat’s Floral Design will deliver all orders to the best of their ability using information given by the customer.
If no one is home to receive the flowers we will leave them in a safe place, out of the sun.

If we cannot access the property or there is no safe place to leave them, we will contact you. If we are unable to safely leave your order and unable to contact you to arrange an alternative option, this may incur a re-delivery fee. We do not take responsibility for theft or damage to flowers when left at the recipients place.

Incorrect addresses will also incur a re-delivery fee. In the event the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, and the flowers are left, we are unable to accept liability for orders delivered to the incorrect address when the incorrect address details have been supplied on your behalf.

Guaranteed Freshness
​
I source only the very best flowers, hand picked from local growers around the area. Some flowers are supplied in bud form to increase the lasting time. I am incredibly fussy and uncompromising when it comes to finding fresh cut flowers and foliage for you! If in the unlikely event your flowers arrive in poor condition and you have followed my care instructions, please contact me within 24hours and I will collect and replace the flowers, excluding delivery fee. Approved refunds will be completed in 1-2 business days.

Substitution

I reserve the right to substitute a product of equal value in case a listed product is unavailable.

When making significant substitutions, I will notify you with a reason why this has occurred.
​
Seasonal conditions can affect the availability and supply of flowers and greenery and certain varieties or colours may not be available or meet our quality standards which can lead to substitutions.
​
In case an item out of a hamper is not available or out of stock, I will contact you and let you know the what it will be replaced with.

Returns
​
I am committed to providing quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your flower delivery or gift it may be exchanged for another gift to the same value. Higher value gifts may be substituted with payment of the difference. Please contact me at info@katsfloraldesign.co.nz within 7 days of purchase.
Returned goods must be unused and in resalable condition and be accompanied with an explanation for your return. Please note – floral and foliage gifts are perishable and cannot be exchanged or refunded any later than 24 hours after delivery.

All personal information is private and confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties involved without your authorization or if requested by law. Kat’s Floral Design does request customer and recipient information when placing orders online or via phone, to ensure the correct order and delivery address. Information as name, email, phone number, delivery address and payment details are required. Please rest assured we are committed in respecting your privacy.
